At CedarView Ranch, we have been striving to push our program to the front of the breed to offer the best quality animal for you and your program. Our animals are a fantastic combination of pedigree, horn, conformation, disposition and color.

In our quest to produce the best, we have been utilizing Embryo Transfer (ET) and Artificial Insemination (AI). As you view our site, you will see an overall young herd out of some of the most superior stock in the Texas Longhorn Breed. We currently acquired BL Fantom Chex on lease from Dave Hovingh and Brent Bolen. His dam, LCR Buena Joya, is over 80" TTT, and sired by the prestigious Coach bull. Through our AI program, we are heavily utilizing JP Rio Grande as well as Boomerang CP, Farlap Chex and Wyoming Warpaint. "Rio" is setting a new bench mark in the longhorn breed on what to expect from a herd sire. The consistency he produces in his offspring is unfathomable. They are complete in every way and meet the criteria we are striving for.

Most of our stock carry many 70" TTT animals in their pedigrees, but in a few years you will see many over 80" TTT animals in the pedigrees along with a few potential up and coming 80" TTT animals roaming the pastures of CedarView Ranch.

The good Lord says, "You shall reap what you sow," and we have been planting the right seeds to produce these exceptional animals. With the help of my family, we run and maintain CedarView Ranch. We are committed to breeding and selling fine quality Registered Texas Longhorns.
